• Not share your account with others

Third-Party Trademarks: All model names (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) and trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners. TATC provides third-party API integration services and is not officially affiliated with these companies.

7. Payment and Billing

For paid services:

• Fees are as stated on our pricing pages or in your service agreement
• Payment is due upon invoicing unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with or without notice.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

10. Limitation of Liability

• TATC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures or delays

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TATC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a sanctioned country and will not use our services for prohibited purposes.

13. Term and Termination

These terms remain effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access to services at any time for violation of these terms or other legitimate reasons. Upon termination, your right to use services ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Thailand with exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
